Spacious, newly updated rooms with comfortable beds. Well-lit bathrooms. Friendly staff. Typical but satisfying breakfast.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

It had great location with access to an Avampato Discovery museum nearby. There were a mall and a market around the hotel.
Nothing that i didn't like.

Location: the hotel was close to the post office and the nearby Clay Center and the Capitol, Clay Center, shopping and eateries. The venue offered a satisfactory breakfast with sausage and juices, as for instance.

I selected this hotel for a business conference and found the meeting rooms to be well-equipped and comfortable. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the proximity to where I needed to be was convenient.
One service that would have been helpful for my work stay was a more reliable and faster internet connection.

staff was very helpful and friendly, room was nice and clean.
the breakfast was not very good, and the tub water did not run out fast enough while taking a shower.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. I was really impressed with that. This was the only hotel that allowed smoking in the room. It certainly made my husband's stay very pleasant. Thanks for the smoking room.
The flowers in pots outside were in need of some love, and the lobby elevator had a caution sign in it over 24 hours.

Had to stay in Charleston to break up a long trip, it was easy to find off the highway and priced pretty low.
The entire hotel is in need of renovation - the corridors are long and dimly lit and the bathroom was especially old.

The room here was pretty quiet and had a TV plus two comfy queen-sized beds 🛏️. They serve a breakfast with juices, sausage, and even waffles.

Very pleasant staff. Very noisy heater( my daughter described that it sounded like a jackhammer. Significant noise from room beside us that awoke us in the evening and again at 6 am. Staff handled the problem at night but not in the morning so we got up and left early.
As above.

I had a very comfortable one-night stay at this hotel. the location was ideal, with close proximity to the main areas, the capitol, arts, great food, and the nearby Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences of West Virginia.
